Do I have to give you my email password?
No, and we'd refuse it. You get a private import address and forward your schedule there. We never connect to your inbox or read your mail.
Which scheduling apps work?
ScheduleFly, 7shifts, Homebase, When I Work, Deputy, Sling and HotSchedules are recognized directly. Anything else falls back to a reader that handles unfamiliar formats — if your schedule arrives as an email, it very likely works.
What if my schedule isn't emailed at all?
Plenty of jobs run a fixed rotation everyone just knows — 4-on-4-off, Pitman, DuPont and the like. Pick the pattern (or build your own), set the day it starts, and ShiftPilot generates months of shifts, with pay, overtime and reminders on every one.
How do I forward from Gmail, iCloud or Outlook?
Each has a one-time auto-forward rule, and the app walks you through it step by step. Gmail asks you to confirm the address first — the app reads that code back to you so you can finish. Or just forward each schedule by hand; that works anywhere.
